- Softmailer.com: Our company, owners, employees, and agents. Also "We", "Us", or "Our".

- Visitor: Anyone who visits the Softmailer.com website.

V. Special Offers
When customers register for an account through the Softmailer.com website, they give us permission to send them email messages for promotions and sales. This might be promotional emails related to sales or special offers; messages from vendors or partners; responses to requests for more information; or customer support email messages. Softmailer.com customers can opt out or stop receiving promotional emails by clicking the link in their account menu. When the customer has unsubscribed from our mailing list, they will also cease to receive any support notices or messages from Softmailer.com.

Softmailer.com uses a number of security measures to keep your personal information safe, including but not limited to SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt data and personal information shared between a web server and your browser.
Information collected is securely stored on Softmailer.com's third-party servers, which is accessed only by our staff and employees. All of our information is kept confidential at all times.
Credit card and payment details are processed through PayPal. If you have any questions about payments, payment processing, or payment security, please contact PayPal at www.PayPal.com. We do not otherwise store any of our customer’s financial information or details.
IX. Remedies for Disputes
The disputing party shall send the non-disputing party a thirty (30) day Notice of Intent prior to filing a Mediation claim, giving the parties the ability to resolve the dispute before Mediation. Notices shall be served upon each party at their last known address. Upon filing of the complaint, Mediation shall be conducted via Arbitration Rules adopted by the American Bar Association.
If the parties are unable to find a resolution with mediation, or do not agree with the decision of the Mediator, either party may file a claim with the appropriate Court having jurisdiction in Slovakia.
The prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement of any costs and fees, including but not limited to attorney’s fees.
X. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovakia, E.U., excluding conflicts of law provisions and C.I.S.G. (U.N. Convention for the International Sale of Goods and Services.)
